I like for my clients to have all the important details in advance. Please take a moment to peruse this list to make certain you are well in the loop.

Housekeeping

When coming to my office, be it for a private appointment or a class:

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your schedule appointment. This will give you plenty of time to use the restroom, turn your cell phone off, take a deep breath, and settle in.
  • Please don’t wear perfume, cologne or essential oils (so many sensitivities out there)
  • I strongly advise that you purchase a notebook that you love and bring it to every meeting we have. You are going to want to remember a good many of the things I share so as to ensure your highest degree of absorption and success.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Please call or text 303.249.3295, or email kate.satten@mac.com, the moment you know you are unable to make it to your appointment or class.

  • For private sessions, I ask that you let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you aren’t going to make it to our scheduled appointment. If you provide notice within this time frame, you will not be charged for your appointment. Charges for missed appointments not cancelled with 24 hours notice will be 50% of your usual fee. The exception to this rule is a last-minute emergency. (Please note: I have found the occurrence of authentically qualifying emergencies to be very rare.)
  • If you sign up for a multi-week class and you know you are going to have to miss a class or two and give me the dates ahead of time, because make-up sessions are REQUIRED and they are private, there will be a $20 convenience fee per session. Make-ups for classes missed without advanced notice are $40 per session.

Payments

All payments for classes and private sessions need to be made in advance via my website or an arrangement we have made together. A $20 fee will be charged for any returned checks. Please make personal checks out to Kate Satten.

“Money Back” Policy

I do not offer refunds, so let’s make sure you know what you are signing up for before you commit!
